3. Order Placement and Payment
When placing an order for products or services through our site, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment for all orders must be made at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed for specific services like catering or workshops. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, where applicable.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- General Orders: Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, cancellations or changes to orders for immediate pickup or delivery may not be possible once confirmed.
- Catering Services: Specific cancellation policies and refund terms for catering will be provided in your catering agreement.
- Barista Training Workshops: Refund policies for workshops will be detailed at the time of booking.
- For all other services, refunds will be issued at the discretion of Dusk & Brew management.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dusk & Brew or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorised use of any materials on this site is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Dusk & Brew will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our site or services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
